Four Steps to Changes

During this time of year we have a tremendous opportunity for a fresh start. To take advantage of this opportunity, we have to try to correct the negativity of the past. This process is know as Teshuva which means "to return".

Teshuva is a four step process and this article describes the steps as follows:

1) Regret
2) Leave the Negativity Behind
3) Verbalization
4) Resolution for the Future
